Returns Policy


If you suspect your product to be faulty within 30 calendar days of purchase please contact us by email to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and Goods Return Authorisation before shipping your goods back to us. We will provide you with the return address for responsible warehouse.

Outside of 30 days please refer to 1 year manufacturer's warranty. We aim to replace or repair your faulty item within 2-7 business days turnaround time.

All faulty goods are to be returned directly to us (Anytwist Ltd) and we take care of shipping them back to the manufacturer overseas.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 working days.
The period of 14 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. Therefore if you wish to return any unused item within this period, please notify us in writing and once we receive this along with the item we can issue a full refund. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and therefore we advise that they are returned using a secure postal method.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of any items which have been used unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In these circumstances the following strict conditions apply:
• Goods must be returned unused in their original packaging
• We cannot refund products that have been used or damaged
• Refunds cannot be made for postal charges incurred by ourselves or by you
• A return authorisation number must be obtained prior to returning your product.

Please always return the items by RECORDED or SIGNED FOR delivery as we
cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 

 You will be refunded as soon as item has been received and inspected. Refund will be made in the same manner in which you paid.

If exercising the right to return or cancel the order the consumer bears any return costs. We cannot refund any postage paid.
